What are resource lands, and the two ways that they can be redesignated for nonresource uses (i.e. "exception land" and "nonresource land"), including the state requirements for redesignation, Including LUBA Cases.

2. Woodlot Resource To Non-Resource Lands

Relationship between Oregon Statewide Goal 4 — Forest Lands, Josephine County’s policy permitting changes for lands from a resource designation (e.g., woodlot resource, etc.) to a non-resource designation through use of IRR system, and plan amendments. Also covers IRR issues.

3. Evaluation: Internal Rate of Return - IRR

1995 Evaluation of IRR system by DLCD and ODF.
