HUGO WILDFLOWER SUBMISSION PROCESS 1)
Hugo neighbors wishing to make a wildflower photo submission will fill out the Hugo
Wildflower Submission Form and take the picture. The
form is available for printing on our web site. Neighbors
will mail submission (completed form & photo) to:
If
the Hugo neighbor uses a digital camera, it is their responsibility to make a hardcopy of
the photo for submission. 2)
The Wildflower Committee will review, edit, and make final approval or disapproval of the
submission. 3) If the Wildflower Committee approves a submission: The
Wildflower Committee will mail or deliver the photo and form to Karen Rose, Web Master -
Hugo Neighborhood Association & Historical Society, 575 Red Mountain Drive, Grants
Pass, OR., 97526. 4) The HUNAHs Web Master, will scan the photo and publish with the approprite information on the Hugo Neighborhood Association & Historical Society web site at www.hugoneighborhood.org. The submission will then be returned to Mike Brassill for the Hugo Wildflower Catalog. This Form Process will be amended as required.Back to Top |
